INSTRUCTIONS FOR COOKING

Noodle soup: Put noodles directly into the boiling broth within 6 minutes till it is done. Several types of broth can be cooked to meet different tastes such as with beef or chicken.
Mixed/pan fried noodles: Boil the noodles within 3 minutes. Then, lift the noodles out and soak briefly with cold water (can add some oil to make it loose) before lifting it out for draining. Finally, mix/saute noodles directly with sauces or favourite ingredients (Seafood, vegetables, salad,…).
